Submit Application
You are welcome to pick up an application packet from the school office. This packet includes the forms necessary to complete the application process with a list of required information and documentation. The completed application will be reviewed by the Admission Committee.
Admission Testing
We will administer admission tests to all new incoming students. Tests are scheduled through appointments and may include an interview.
Admission testing for new incoming PreK, KG1 and KG2 students will consist of the readiness checklist; for Grades 1 and above an assessment of reading and math, and writing abilities in both English and Arabic.
Testing will take place before any admission decision is made. The Admission Committee will review the application materials and the results of the admission testing and will make a decision regarding acceptance.
Notification of the Application Outcome
We will notify parents of the decision, which may be one of the following:
01 Full Acceptance
02 Probationary Acceptance
03 Wait List Acceptance
04 Denial
Qualified students will be accepted on a first come first served basis, provided space is available. Once a class closes, a waiting list will be established. Parents and students will be notified should an opening become available. Students may be denied admission or asked to withdraw for any of the following reasons:
01 Behavior concerns
02 Low English proficiency
03 Low academic levels
04 Other reasons which, in the opinion of the administration, maybe in the best interest of the student
If any student gains acceptance through the withholding or giving of false information, they may be requested to withdraw immediately from the school.
