100 Days of School

2- HUBS’ completed 100 days of school on Feb. 22nd, but due to the celebration of Kuwait, was postponed till Monday, March 7th. On this day there will be a lot of activities integrated in different subject through our usual day.

Sports Day

HUBS Sports Day was celebrated on 30-12-2010 in salmiya club. Please see some photos below:

KG 1 is building good characters!

KG 1 department is working hard to integrate the character education virtues in their curriculum. They are planning assemblies to teach kids to be respectful. They are also providing 10-15 minutes in their classroom to enhance these values. This is reflected in the students’ way of eating, talking, and playing with each other. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION KG 1!

AlHajj Celebration

Dear Parents,

Kindly be informed that Hayat Universal Bilingual School will have AlHajj Celebration activity on Thursday 11/11/2010 for all grades, Students are free to wear Eid clothes and bring Ihram clothes in a bag “if teacher asked them to bring”.

Anti-Bullying Week

This week at HUBS, we are working together to stop bullying. We will make sure that no one is a victim of bullying. The students received a booklet explaining bullying and how to stop this behavior. They have activities to work on during their free time and breaks. Homeroom and Arabic teachers are working on activities and posters with the students; teaching them positive self talk. Our IT department has also planned sessions on bullying for this week. Thank you all for your efforts!

All KG 2 classes, KG 1 S, Grade 3 B, and Grade 4 H are going on a field trip because they won the BIG CHARACTER KEY. Our virtue for October was Respect, so this key was given to the classes who showed RESPECT. CONGRATULATIONS and enjoy your trips!
